All levels of fitness welcome.

Please come prepared for a good workout by bringing a water bottle with your name marked on it and wear comfortable workout clothes. If you have your own equipment - you will need it. We do have some community gloves for people, but everyone is eventually expected to get their own equipment. Equipment to bring: 14 or 16 oz. boxing gloves, jump rope, wrist wraps, shin guards, footpads, and sparring gear (if applicable). Please write your name on ALL your equipment. If you would like to purchase equipment, World Class Karate and Kickboxing can get you whatever equipment you require. Pricing is available for packages or individual items.
